These terms govern your use of the North Pole Vibe service operated by North Pole Vibe Limited, registered in England and Wales.
North Pole Vibe provides AI-generated interactive game experiences. You select preferences and our AI creates a unique browser-based adventure game. Games are delivered digitally and playable immediately in any web browser.
This service is currently in beta. Games are generated by AI and may vary in quality. We are continuously improving the experience. By using the beta, you acknowledge that the service is a work in progress.
Upon payment, you receive access to a complete AI-generated interactive game playable in your web browser. The game is unique to your selected preferences and is available immediately.
As a beta service with instant digital delivery, we do not currently offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. By proceeding with payment, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this affects your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — if the digital content is faulty or substantially not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.
As North Pole Vibe grows, we plan to introduce a formal refund and customer support facility. In the meantime, email admin@northpolevibe.com with any concerns.

Games are generated by AI for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your game link freely. North Pole Vibe retains rights to the underlying platform, code, and brand assets including the Vibe character.
Game content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our prompts to produce fun, age-appropriate content, AI output may occasionally be unexpected. If you encounter any content you find inappropriate, please contact us immediately and we will address it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Pole Vibe Limited’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
